• DirtX Bali provides dirt bike tours and related services in Bali, Indonesia.

• By booking a tour, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by DirtX Bali.

2. Booking and Payment

• Booking Confirmation:

  A booking is confirmed only after full payment or a deposit is received.

  Payment details will be provided during the booking process.

• Cancellation Policy:

  Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.

  Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date are non-refundable.

• Changes to Bookings:

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

3. Participant Requirements

• Skill Level:

  Participants must have basic dirt biking experience to join our tours.

  Beginner-friendly tours are available for those with limited experience.

• Health and Fitness:

  Participants must be in good physical health to undertake dirt biking activities.

  DirtX Bali reserves the right to deny participation if a participant’s health poses a risk.

• Age Restrictions:

  Participants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

4. Safety and Equipment

• DirtX Bali provides high-quality safety gear, including helmets, goggles, gloves, and protective pads.

• Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the guides.

• Dirt biking is an inherently risky activity. Participants assume full responsibility for their actions and any injuries sustained during the tour.

5. Liability

• DirtX Bali is not liable for:

  Personal injuries or accidents that occur during the tour.

  Loss or damage to personal belongings.

  Delays or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or natural disasters.

• Participants must sign a waiver before joining the tour, acknowledging the risks involved.

6. Use of Website

  All content on the DirtX Bali website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of DirtX Bali.

  Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.

• Accuracy of Information:
